Price County Gears Up for a Busy Summer Weekend

PRICE COUNTY, Wis. — Summer is officially underway in Price County, and this weekend offers plenty of opportunities for residents and visitors to get out and enjoy everything the Northwoods has to offer.

One of the biggest highlights is the 59th Annual Lumberman’s Day in Catawba, a longtime community tradition celebrating the area’s rich logging heritage. The weekend festivities include community gatherings, family activities, and plenty of small-town Northwoods charm. Enjoy Price County

Families looking for something unique can take part in the Concrete Park Scavenger Hunt at Fred Smith’s Wisconsin Concrete Park. The event offers a fun way to explore one of Price County’s most iconic attractions while learning more about the incredible folk art legacy created by Fred Smith. 

The community can also continue participating in the ongoing Kroje Treasure Hunt, a county-wide activity that encourages residents and visitors to explore local businesses and communities while celebrating the area’s Czech and Slovak heritage.
