Flambeau Rama Returns to Park Falls
The 73rd Annual Flambeau Rama kicks off Friday, July 31, and runs through Sunday, August 2 in downtown Park Falls. One of northern Wisconsin’s longest-running summer traditions, the festival features three days packed with entertainment and community fun.

Summer Slam Comes to Prentice
On Saturday, August 1, head to Sailor’s II in Prentice for the Summer Slam, benefiting the Prentice Volunteer Fire Department & Ambulance Service. Beginning at 10:00 a.m., the day features delicious ribs and burgers, a cornhole tournament, raffles, live music throughout the day, and wraps up with Club Mode taking the stage Saturday night. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy good food while supporting a great cause.
Phillips Moose Lodge Bingo
If you’re looking for an evening activity, stop by VFW Post 5778 in Phillips on Saturday evening for the Phillips Moose Lodge Bingo. Doors open before the games, with 15 regular games followed by the exciting Progressive Jackpot Bingo, which has grown to more than $1,500 if won within the designated number of balls. It’s a fun way to spend the evening while supporting local community projects.
