THE DAYTIME TOURNAMENTS
Cornhole Tournament
Format: 2-person teams | Double Elimination | Race style (30-min match limit)
Time: Registration at 11:00 AM | Bags fly at Noon sharp
Entry: $20 per team | Strictly capped at 32 teams max!

The Rib Cookoff
The Setup: 2 fresh racks supplied to each competitor for a level playing field
The Timeline: Pick up meat Friday for prep/marination | 7 hours to smoke on Saturday (Start by 10:00 AM)
The Glory: Sauce is allowed! Evaluated by our official Blind Judging Panel.
Entry: FREE, but spaces are limited!

The Panel & The People’s Choice: Our powerhouse celebrity judging panel includes Mr. Hoogland (Prentice Shop Class on TikTok), Logan (Lucid Diesel on YouTube), and Kyle (Prentice Fire Department Chief).

THE SUMMER SLAM FEAST
Consider your dinner plans officially sorted! Skip cooking and head straight into the action for the inaugural Slamburger and Cowboy Beans Feast!
Cost: Entirely on a free-will donation basis.
The Cause: Every single dollar raised goes straight to supporting the dedicated volunteers at the Prentice Volunteer Fire Department.
Up Your Burger Game: The crew from Butternut’s own Bigfoot BBQ Sauce LLC will be live on-site providing FREE SAMPLES of their award-winning, clean-ingredient (gluten-free, vegan, no high-fructose corn syrup) Mild, Spicy, and Cranberry sauces to slather on your Slamburger!
LIVE ON THE DECK
Jared Hubbard Music | 5:00 PM – DARK As the daytime competitions wind down, grab a cold drink and settle onto the back deck for the perfect golden hour transition. Hailing out of Medford, Jared brings a premier, high-energy acoustic performance covering everything from classic country and rock favorites to modern hits to keep the summer party vibes rolling until the sun goes down.
5:00 PM: Jared takes the stage.
6:00 PM: Rib Cookoff Winners announced as judging wraps up!
CLUB MODE: COUNTRY VIBES | 9:00 PM – LATE
When the sun goes down, the energy goes up! We are flipping the switch and unlocking Club Mode to close out the Summer Slam with a massive late-night party. Get ready for a high-octane dance party with country vibes mixed in powered by two of the region’s best:
